Reports to: Lead Pastor
Submit resume and letter of interest to assistant@christculturecommunity.org
Position Summary
The Director of Community Connections provides strategic leadership and oversight for Christ Culture Community's ministries of connection and engagement by recruiting, equipping, coaching, and supporting the ministry leaders responsible for Community Groups, Community Outreach, and Missions.
Rather than leading each ministry directly, the Director of Community Connections serves as the primary leader of ministry leaders—ensuring that each ministry operates with excellence, aligns with the mission and vision of Christ Culture Community, and creates meaningful pathways for people to connect with Christ, one another, and the surrounding community.
Working closely with the Lead Pastor, the Director develops systems, leaders, and ministry strategies that foster discipleship, community engagement, volunteer development, and missional living throughout the church.
Success in this role is measured not by how many ministries the Director personally leads, but by how effectively they recruit, develop, empower, and support leaders who multiply the ministry of Christ Culture Community.

Ensure ministry leaders are equipped with the resources, training, and support necessary to lead effectively.
Conduct regular evaluations of ministry effectiveness and leader development.
2. Strategic Ministry Leadership
Develop and communicate a unified vision for Community Connections that aligns Community Groups, Community Outreach, and Missions with the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of Christ Culture Community.
Foster collaboration among ministry leaders to ensure ministries complement one another and provide seamless pathways for discipleship and engagement.
Establish annual ministry goals, objectives, calendars, and strategic initiatives.
